CSS Styles blocked from loading when WordPress dashboard served over HTTPS

My WordPress site has a SSL certificate, and when I load the WP-DB-Backup Settings page in Google Chrome, it is totally unstyled, and looks broken. Checking the browser console, I see that all of the CSS has been blocked from loading (bootstrap.min.css, jquery.dataTables.css, and wpdb_admin.css). You should be able to fix this by making the path to the CSS be protocol inspecific – ie. start with a ‘//’ (instead of eg http://).
