 * Hi, I installed a RSS Widget which imports news from feedburner and displays 
   them on pages. The widget displays the titles as links and when you hover over
   them a short description is showed in a tooltip style. The code is something 
   like:
 *     ```
       <div id="WoP1" class="widgets_on_page">
       <ul>
       <li>
       <a href="the url" title="the short description in tooltip">
       ```
   
 * So, is there a way to customize the tooltip text (background, text color)? Thanks.
