# css question

 * Sometimes it takes a while for my site to come up and then when it does, the 
   css doesn’t work so I have to refresh. Then everything is fine.
 * Maybe the server is slow. I don’t know. Is there a way to insure that the site
   will use the style sheet 100% of the time?
 * Maybe a script that will automatically refresh the site?
 * Any suggestions will be appreciated.

 * Yeah, it could be that your server is slow, or on the other hand, your connection
   might be bogged down. Are you running any torrents or anything? Try a bandwidth
   test to see how healthy your connection is.
