# CSS Problem | No Stylesheet file upload

 * Hello guys, i have installed your plugins but I have a problem in the stylesheet
   file. It is not loaded, then the result is a form without CSS, HTML only. I tried
   to install your plugin on my local server, but I have the same problem.
 * I also disabled all plugins, but nothing, the problem remains. I installed your
   plugin by downloading the zip file, but also of the dashboard site, but it is
   the same, the problem remains. Which may be the reason and the solution?

 * Hi sarcof,
 * The most likely cause is a theme conflict. Can you try switching to a default
   theme, like TwentyFifteen, and see if that fixes the issue?
 * If you want to add a link to the booking form on your site I’ll take a look.

 * Thanks for your response, I tried it with a theme Default is working properly,
   but when I use it with the theme DIVI, the stylesheet file is not loaded. Then
   I also noticed that if the plugin is active, is used on the page, the images 
   are not uploaded.
 * All this is strange because your plugin has never given problems of compatibility
   with the theme DIVI.

 * Hi sarcof,
 * I’m afraid I don’t know the DIVI theme that well. Have you tried contacting the
   developers of the theme to ask them what’s going on? It’s most likely a particular
   setting or configuration that’s causing the issue, and they’ll be better positioned
   to determine the source of the problem.

 * I have not contacted tech support, because I used your plugin sometimes with 
   Divi, but perhaps the latest theme update causes this problem. I try to ask the
   support of Elegant Theme and then you upgrade.
 * If I find the problem and the solution I will share with you, so if other users
   have the same problem, you can immediately give a solution.
