Regarding the issue, where the HTML code was coming in the title, we have fixed that issue, so can you please replace the below file in our plugin folder and check whether it is working fine or not?
Filename: class-alg-wc-checkout-fees-settings-gateways.php
Filepath: wp-content\plugins\checkout-fees-for-woocommerce\includes\settings
