CSS not loading on customizer

Since activating the plugin my customizer screen is broken. When I ‘inspect’ the page on Chrome it looks like no CSS is being loaded to style the customizer page. It displays as full width with no display of the site as you make changes like the customizer normally does. When I deactivate the plugin it goes back to normal. This is a new wordpress installation, so it has very few other plugins activated.
