CSS not appearing on page with WooCommerce plugin

    Hi, I’m working locally on a custom theme with woo commerce and Im pretty new at this. When I load the index.php everything runs fine. but when I load the /shop page the css does not load. It is pulling the header.php because all of the information is there but not CSS. I’ve been wracking my brain for a day now trying to figure this out.
