How to modify the css? I want to adjust the margin size. But when I try to copy the css elements in my css theme, it’s not working

You would need to post in the Support Forums on the Store Locator Plus Plug-in web Site itself. The SLP author does not check this WP site for those type of questions, it is specific to the plug-in add-ons :
