There is no style sheet. Eazyest Gallery uses the WordPress gallery shortcode function to display the thumbnails.
You can override the css, or filter it out alltogether e.g. http://www.deluxeblogtips.com/2011/11/how-to-remove-inline-style-of-wordpress-gallery-shortcode.html

Having more issues with the slideshow css. It keeps making a massive pad from the top to the image.
Thanks one more question. If your not using a theme that isnt in the plugins theme folder what pages does the theme use?
Im trying to use the Bazar theme. When i click the gallery page how do i know what page template thats using?

The gallery root displays an archive for your galleryfolders. If you don’t include a template, archive.php will be used.
