We looked into the issue and it turns out that the CSS/JS minification and concatenation features of Jetpack are designed to work with files that have been enqueued through the WordPress Enqueue API. This means that inline styles and scripts, like those produced when you use `register_block_style` or the additional CSS/JS added via plugins, won’t be processed by these features. * Our UI may not have clarified this limitation, as it currently references “styles” without specifying that it pertains only to enqueued files. We are now aware of this oversight and will take steps to improve our documentation and user interface to communicate this detail better.
