  • Hello WordPress community! I am hoping someone might take a look at my site and see if the collective here on can find a solution for the issue I am facing.

So here goes. On my front page the blog roll looks great all fine and dandy there. The Featured image shows with the title floated next to it along with the posts date below that floating nicely and finally the content and category info below it.

Now on any of the Blog category pages such as

The exact same CSS is called to format the blog posts for the category, but for some reason the Post Title and post meta refuse to float next to the featured Image.

I have been messing around with it all day and am frustrated, I can absolute position the Featured image and push the title and meta over using padding, but then the featured image eats into the content area when the images are taller.

Ideally I would like the EXACT same set up as the front page with the elements just floating around one another nicely, but for the life of me I can’t get it to work that way.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
    Thanks everyone in advance!
