I am posting this here in hopes that some kind soul out there will help me with this little CSS issue. I can’t seem to figure it out, though I’ve Googled and checked these forums here with no luck.

Basically, my problem is that my blog posts are not formatting correctly, with respect to captions/images. For example, all my captions are appearing “correct” in the WordPress editor, but when I visit the page online, it’s all messed up. The caption appears outside the image/border, and appears to be completely un “caption” in the CSS code. I checked in Chrome and I can’t figure out why the caption text itself seems to be “outside” the image and not a wp.caption at all. You’ll see what I mean if you take a look in a browser and check the code.

I added the CSS caption code at the end of my CSS file (codex) but still, something is messing up.

My goal is to have my caption be centered, under the image, and italicized. Can someone please take a look and see why it appears OK in the editor, but it looks way off after I upload it to the web.

Please see attached for images and the CSS file.

Thank you so much for the help everyone, I really appreciate it.
