• After a lot of trouble and in-correcting file pointing on behalf of my hosting site (iPower), my css appears to not be showing up anymore: http://www.genesisgowns.com/Newsite

How can I fix this? No files seem to be missing in my folder.

Also, whenever I try to access my dashboard by typing http://www.genesisgowns.com/Newsite/wp-admin, it says that the page cannot be found.

I don’t know what happened but this was all working before iPower moved some things around. However, I can’t find anything in my file manager that looks out of place.

    Hi there!

First, I moved this to the How to and Troubleshooting as this doesn’t really pertain to themes/templates – where it was originally.

Aside from reaching out to your hosting providers what other steps have you taken to resolve this?

The hosting provider tested to see if any files in the theme were broken and they are fine and they made sure things were in the correct location and pointed correctly. I also moved some files around to make the path simpler. It’s now accessed through http://www.genesisgown.com

But honestly, I am really not sure what else I should do. This is not a hosting provider that I have used before and I did not even set up the accounts. I simply was granted access to this and told to make a wordpress site. I have made a few wordpress sites before but never faced these issues so I am really new to all of this and appreciate any help or advice. The hosting provider did suggest that some issues could be because the account was originally set up as a windows account. (I have a mac but the people who used it before me had windows.) And they suggested that I upgrade the account to a wordpress essentials account. I just want to eliminate another possible causes of this problem before deciding to do that because this isn’t my account and I don’t have permission to do that.
