# CSS is not loading properly

 * Hi,
 * On the [frontpage](https://crimsonweek.com), I have added a slide-in with display
   on exit-intent. It’s not working with the correct design & custom css. On the
   other hand, the same design & custom css for another slide-in (displayed after
   10 secs of page) is working fine on a [different page](https://crimsonweek.com/period-pain-pms-care-pack/).
   Please note that the preview is showing correctly.

 * I was wondering if you could please help us by running a plugin conflict test?
   This is going to help us identifiy the issue on your site.
