 * Hi, my site is not loading the styles on front-end page. On Chrome and Safari-
   phone, it is totally broken. On Safari-Desktop, the homepage looks fine, but 
   other pages are broken. However, everything looks fine when logged in. (edit 
   mode)
 * I’ve met the same issue three days ago, I tried clearing all the cookies and 
   cache of my browser and wordpress plugins, and it worked! However, the same problem
   occurred today, and I tried to solve it in the same way, but it didn’t work this
   time.
 * I was thinking “Okay, my site is broken now, so I have to change to maintenance
   mode before I figure out the solution.” I downloaded two plugins ( WP Maintenance
   Mode **&** Coming Soon Page, Maintenance Mode & Landing Pages by SeedProd) ,but
   neither of them worked, my site didn’t change into maintenance mode.
 * That’s the problem I met.
