CSS Image legibility

    Hi, we are trying out the widget on our site’s home page and so far things are going great. I like having the ability to change background images via the CSS method. However, there tend to be a lot of legibility issues with the weather over the background images. I have two questions;
    1) is it possible to add a light grey screen overlay, say 10% over the background image?
    2) Can we change the size or font weight of the smaller forecast numbers to help with the legibility?
