# CSS for Sidebar/Navigation Bar Position

 * Hi everybody. I posted a question a couple weeks ago, and paulwdxp was so kind
   to respond, but I neglected thank you. I apologize for that and appreciate your
   help.
 * I am hoping someone can help me with the CSS code for the sidebar positioning.
   I need it on the left side, and the widget only places it under the header, but
   I need to move it down to place it on the left side under the hero image, which
   is under the header and quite large.
 * Can anyone help me out with the code for that or direct me to where I can find
   it or figure it out? I appreciate it so much.

 * Jan, thank you so much for directing me. I will post in the Storefront subforum.
   I thought I was posting in the right place because I can’t use theme’s widget
   and am trying to find the code to customize the sidebar in WordPress for it to
   display the way and the place I want it and not where Storefront requires. So
   I guess I am confused as to what is where.
