Support » Plugin: WordPress Gallery Plugin - FooGallery » CSS for Hover Presets (Ming/Oscar)

  • Resolved ShadowmarkPro

Hey, I’ve been trying to cobble together the CSS code to make a couple changes to the Foogallery presets Ming and Oscar. But I’m too daft to figure it out.
I’d like to increase the font size for both presets, I’m getting the captions from the Attachment Title, currently only using the Description. And, I’d like to change the color of Oscars overlay to red.

    Hi @shadowmarkpro,

Providing custom CSS development falls outside the scope of support for our free plugins.

However, if you can share a link to your website page with the galleries active on it I can take a very quick look for a few minutes and see if I can give you something to work with.

If it will take much longer than that we may have to politely suggest that you touch base with a developer with CSS experience.

Send me the link to your page and I’ll see what we can do.

    Thanks in advance,

Hey Phil, thanks. I appreciate you taking the time either way.
    The link is:
It’s our home page. All three images are using Foogallery presets but I’d like to 1) tweak the size/style of preset fonts, and 2)change the color overlay to “red”for the second image.

Hey Phil, I found this page in the WordPress Foogallery support forum:
It covers how to tweak the font styles for the “Sarah” preset. I can probably adapt this to the “Ming” and “Oscar” presets, and then use that to modify the color of the “Oscar” overlay.
Sorry to waste your time. As always I appreciate the timely, quality support.
