 * Hi. Really need some help here. I was hired to do seo n minor modifications to
a site, beoceanfit.com. The old designer moved to another country n will not
give us the login info to access hosting account. It appears there was a malicious
attack to the site 5 days ago. The intruders removed the css files. I have tried
talking w the hosting company and they will not help at all! Will not give us
access at all even tho I explained our situation…I’m lost guys.. really want
to b able to have a solution for my client by Mon. But I’ve run out of options..
Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions will be very much appreciated! Thank u!!

 * Presumably, the folks _who hired you_ would own the hosting account. That means
they pay the bill – _not the former designer_ – and would have access to the
ftp and cPanel information you need to take complete control of the site. If
that information has been changed, then the responsibility rests completely in
your clients hands at this point.
 * The actual owner of the site (hosting account) needs to contact the hosts support
group, verify the account ownership, and then change all account access credentials.
That will need to include all of their WordPress admin accounts.
