CSS file not loading

    Building this website and suddenly I have noticed that sometimes for this particular tab here lodes properly in the browser(chrome/firefox) but when I refresh then it just shows plain text look like a CSS file is not loading properly and after sometime issue fixes automatically and after the refresh, it comes back.
    I am using LiteSpeed and Cloudflare but have enabled development mode in both and tried purged all.

    Finally got the problem and fixed it.
    I inspected a particular tab in chrome when from the network tab which CSS files are loading and which are not.
    when the page did not load perfectly the CSS files were loading from lite speed catch which was not present due to development mode on.

    So I enable lite speed and again put it back to debug mode and the issue was fixed.
