CSS Error in Admin Panel

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_admin_css() in /home/sapphir3/public_html/Blog/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 20

    I have received this error when attempting to access my Admin Panel on my WP account. It is supported and updated through Fantastico (As it is simpler for updates that way, and I host about 20 different WP pages).

    I’v tried going into the Coding to fix this, but as far as i can tell there is nothing to be fixed as its accurate with any other file. Help?

    I believe wp_admin_css() is a function new to WP 2.3.x, so if this started after an upgrade to WordPress it could simply be one (or more) of the source files not getting properly updated. I would grab a copy of the download version of WordPress here and at the very least make sure the file

    wp-includes/general-template.php

    is the current one. If you want to stick to 2.3 (for whatever reason) and not update to 2.3.1, you can grab that here:

    http://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/

    (Don’t see 2.3 exactly, but 2.3-RC1 will be fine for this purpose.)
