CSS doesn't update in subfolder web-site

Hi everyone!
I have a problem with my wordpress multi-site, it doesn’t update the recent changes css style in sub-folder site.
I use also W3TC and CloudFlare service, but I don’t know if have a conflict with this, when I deactivate the plugin nothing change.
This is my multi-web site, you can find a difference in a spanish and english menu.
