 * Nice, simple, clean…
 * 1) Using theme from premiumpress.com : the form appears above page content not
   matter where you place the shortcode
 * 2) The plugin/shotcode messes/changes the theme head colours?
 * 3) Not being able to have (what many do) allow for Notifications is a downer 
   🙁

 * (Sorry – duplicated post earlier)
 * In addition, where do you create a category as currently, when submitting a ticket
   you get :
 * ‘Please select a Category for this Ticket.’
 * There are no ‘category options to select?
 * There appears to be no option in admin to create a ‘category’?
