# Cryptor error using office365

 * I couldn’t see anyone else reporting this issue – so this was my debug error 
   message
 * Cryptor::decryptString() – data length 13 is less than iv length 16

 * You are correct no one has reported this error yet as far as I know. Have you
   reported this issue to your host? Perhaps they might be able to share some light.
 * Can you provide more information about your settings? Have you been able to carry
   out an e-mail test?
