Hello, I am trying to add links to my products that aren’t to my website, but to other affiliate locations. However, whenever I add the link and try to go to the page, I get a CSRF error, or some other type of error. Go to and click on the link to see what I mean.

I have tried many different links, including just Google.com, which also rejects the link. (Says that POST isn’t an acceptable means) Am I doing something wrong? This is a great plugin which I am thinking of buying. But if this can’t be fixed, then I might need to look at other options.

Let me know if you need anything from me.

Note: I have tried adding just normal a href links, which work fine. Just the links on the products don’t work.

    Cheers,

    Kurt

  • Hi kurta234,

We have tracked down the error message. It looks like you have the the “Maintain Filtering” option set to “Yes” (in the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab). When this option is enabled, POST data is saved when you click through to the product, so that your filtering inputs can be remembered when you click “back to catalog”. However, now, the external links you are trying to send people to don’t accept the POST data we’re saving/submitting. If you want to use external links, then you need to disable the Maintain Filtering option.

    Best regards,
