Hi @bobesponja
Can you provide more information, such as screenshots of the settings and the output?
In the meantime, try clearing your website’s cache by navigating to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:
- WooCommerce transients –
Clear
- Expired transients –
Clear
- Clear template cache –
Clear
Next, please clear your browser cache and see if this resolves the issue.
Hello! I did what you said.
But it still didn’t solve it. I will send the prints.

Hi @bobesponja
Thanks for sharing the screenshot!
I suggest you categorize cross-sale products within the same category as the specific product they are intended to be cross-sold with. It should then appear correctly.
Hello, even organizing in the same categories and clearing the cache occasionally didn’t work
Hi @bobesponja
The screenshot shows that your site is displaying products from the Up-sells section. Up-sells are products that you recommend instead of the currently viewed product on the single product page.
Cross-sells are products that you promote on the cart page, based on the current product.
Further information on Cross-sell and Up-sells can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
However, if you find that the product added to the Upsells isn’t appearing on the single product page, your current theme may override the single product page template. To ruled out this issue, you could temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront) to see if the issue persists.
I hope this provides some clarity on the matter. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
