    Hello Team,

I can see some situations where a user may want to have the cross-sells be specific items related to the product, such as small items like vehicle parts, that they wouldn’t want to sell on their own so set as hidden.

Is there a way we can make that section display the item regardless of it’s visibility (unless of course it’s hidden entirely)?

    OR

Is there a way where under cross sell for single product section we can add custom HTML code with links so it won’t be depend up on product visibility

    Hi @princebhalani143,

If a product’s visibility is set to hidden, it is hidden everywhere.

You’d typically set a product’s visibility to hidden if you’re selling it as part of a bundle and therefore don’t want to sell it by itself. Displaying it as relates product is essentially making it available to be added to the cart by itself.

If you want to prevent a product B from being added to cart unless the customer already has Product A in the cart or has purchased Product A from you at some point in the past, rather than hiding the products from your shop catalog, you should be using this plugin to make that happen – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-product-dependencies/.

    Hwy @princebhalani143,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
