Hello lauramark,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand the cross-sells are not appearing on the cart page, even after deactivating all plugins and switching themes.
When did this issue start? Also, please edit the products and share screenshots of the cross-sell settings so I can check the configuration. You may use https://snipboard.io to upload images and share links here.
Lastly share the page URL so I can check the products from my end.
Best regards.
Yes you can see screenshot here

And the product link

Hello lauramark,
Thank you for your reply.
I tried setting up Cross-sells products on my test site and it is working fine. I have linked two products and both of them are appearing on the Cart page. Here are the screenshots:
1- https://snipboard.io/xGkVuH.jpg
2- https://snipboard.io/CWTg5Z.jpgThe screenshot of the Edit Product page does not show the “Linked Products” tab. Could you share it again so I can see which products are linked as Cross-sells? Then share the URLs of the main product and the linked products so I can check them for any issues.
Lastly, this product is out of stock. Please update the stock of this product or share another product with positive stock.
Looking forward to your response. 🙂
Yes, I have other product and it doesn´t work. It happens with all products.

I have disabled all plugins again, but it doesn´t work.
Hi there!
Thank you for sharing the product URL. I can see that you are using the Elementor plugin on the cart page, which may be causing the issue.
For testing purposes, could you please activate a default theme like Storefront and deactivate the Elementor plugin to see if that resolves the issue? It seems that you may need to manually add the cross-sell widget (if available in Elementor) to display your cross-sell products.
I recommend deactivating the Elementor plugin for the cart page and using the default cart block or the cart page shortcode
[woocommerce_cart]to check if the issue persists.Additionally, I suggest creating a staging site using the following plugin: WP Staging. This will ensure that any changes do not affect your live site.
If the issue still occurs with the cart block or cart page shortcode, could you please share the staging site URL where you are testing it? That way, we can further investigate.
Yes, I have tried it from Elementor and cart page shortcode, but with all options cross-sells don´t work. It,s very strange.
Hello lauramark,

Hi @doublezed2 I can see that the problem is Hello Elementor theme, with this theme not show cross-sell product.
Hi there,
If cross-sell products appear after switching themes, it suggests the Hello Elementor theme doesn’t fully support displaying them by default. I recommend reaching out to Hello Elementor theme support or trying a theme like Storefront, which is built for WooCommerce and should display cross-sells without issues.
Let me know if you need further help!
