CROSS ORIGIN!! Cannot access file! dFlip

We have PDF files in Google Drive that we would like to have accessed from the WP website on another domain. The reason for this approach is so that we can easily update the Google Drive file with a new version (and because of space and speed).

When loading the PDF file, we are getting the error – CROSS ORIGIN!! Cannot access file!

I have looked at some of the similar errors related to this plugin and it seems it ranges from http vs https domains to having the file on the same server which is understandable but there surely must be some way to override this?
