Cropping Placement Settings don’t get applied to Thumbnails

Hi!

I found there’s a bug in version 3.1.1: Regardless which cropping placement I select (Center Top, Right Top, Right Bottom, etc) none of those settings actually get applied to the thumbnails aside from the default center-center. No matter how many times I try to regenerate within the plugin, the settings don’t get updated.

I did find a work-around, which is to use the Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. This deletes ALL thumbnails and regenerates all of them. And then the correct cropping placement gets applied in the newly regenerated files. So this makes me believe that there’s something wrong with how the regeneration system works within Simple Image Sizes.
