cropped thumbnail images not saving (Divi theme)

When we edit an image in the Media Library, we can crop the image and save to Thumbnail only.
However, no changes occur on the front end.
We’re using the Divi theme.
Help appreciated.

Hi there,
Divi recommends resizing your images before uploading them to your WordPress library.
According to Divi, ‘The general rule of thumb is to have your images be at least as wide as the column in which it sits.’
