[resolved] Cropped images (4 posts)

    Hi,
I've just discovered that photos larger than a certain size get cropped in the single view. While a 675x900 is normally presented, a 900x675 gets cropped in a central banner, but a 720x481, for example, would still be shown in original size.
I couldn't find a way to work on or prevent this and it seems not to depend on the WP Media thumbnail sizes, since I set the larger to 4096x4096 to be sure.
If there's not a workaround to always show real size photos, could you at least tell me which is the maximum size allowed before cropping?
    Thanks. :)

    Hello domizianogalia,

It is not clear what exactly you mean. Which images are cutted?
Images which are displayed in the lightbox on in the thumbnail?
Or you want that the initially image will be displayed (not cutted)?

    Kind regards,

    Hello,
I will show you what I mean. This is the main gallery page: http://www.caseinlegno.vicenza.it/realizzazioni/casa-in-legno-che-suona-costabissara-vicenza-2013/
If you click on an image you will go to the single view (http://www.caseinlegno.vicenza.it/gallery/casa-in-legno-che-suona-costabissara-vicenza-2013/img_0067-jpg/) and clicking on one will move you to the next (http://www.caseinlegno.vicenza.it/gallery/casa-in-legno-che-suona-costabissara-vicenza-2013/rsz_1dsc06159-jpg/) and so on.
The latter one is now shown correctly because I resized the original down to 800x600, but when I wrote you it was 900x675 and the output was just a sort of "banner" made from a central strip of the photo.
