[resolved] Cropped Image (5 posts)

The top image is getting cropped top and bottom. Example: http://furryfriendsvetclinic.nwsltr.info/dogs-in-history-may-23-1903/

This may be related to the fact that we only post using JetPack's Post By Email (which for reasons mysterious resizes all pics to 1024x1024) and then we use the "Resize at Upload Plugin" to resize all incoming images to 600x600 at upload.

Being able to keep that top pic would help sooo much. Can you think of a work around to stop the cropping?

BTW: Super awesome plugin. Thanks very much.

    Which browser are you using?

I'm not getting the problem. Here's a link to my output. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/401527/Screenshots/furryfriendsvetclinic.nwsltr.info-Dogs_in_History_May_23_1903.pdf

Thank you for your response and this wonderful plugin. The link you provide demonstrates the problem. You are getting the problem. Compare the top picture with the bottom picture. These are the same pictures, but the one shown at a usable size at the top is cropped top and bottom. In the top-right photo, the top of Bud's head is cropped off and the text about the Smithsonian at the bottom is cropped off.

It's grabbing the first thumbnail from below. I'm not exactly sure how it's happening. We'll look into it.

I'm not sure if it's relevant, but at the time, the featured image as added by email using JetPack's Post by Email plus another plugin to sets the image to be the featured image.
