Cron/sync suggestion

    Hi,

    Great plugin, however I would like to suggest the cron function that would allow to have synced folders with services.

    Also it would be great to have an option to “skip” files already in the library, or over in case user wants to update.

    In my case I have many files in dropbox and got cut/stopped couple of times while importing, so continuing from where it stopped is quite a hassle.

    Just a quick update here: The plugin does not import the same files more than once.
