 * I have successfully installed the plugin. I have setup a number of RSS feeds
   and added the relevant settings to make the RSS push to a post and category.
   The preview of the feeds work and ‘Test this Pipe’ and ‘Test in update mode’
   display the feed preview. When the pipe is created from scratch and tested a
   post is created with the information.
 * When I leave the pipes alone and view the website again after the CRON job time
   interval has passed there are no new posts. If I revisit the pipe the ‘source
   ouptut’ rows all show ‘undefined’. If I then click inside the ‘RSS Feed URL’
   area and swap to the ‘more options’ button, a spinning timeer appears on the
   screen and the ‘source output’ is populated with the new RSS data. If I test
   the pipe it gets pushed to the post again.
 * The problem is all of this works within WordPress admin but the CRON job is not
   run by simply visiting the website, nothing gets pushed. Settings are:
 * Allow Auto Run: Yes
    CronJob Active: Yes Not use cache: Yes Run every: 24 hours
 * Can you tell me whether there is anything else that can be altered to make this
   work automatically, I have read all of the support tickets but have not seen
   a solution?

 * I have checked and the second ‘manually pushed post’ has overwritten the existing
   one but changed the content. The titles of my RSS feeds are the same everyday,
   would that affect anything?

 * Hi garethjohnvaughan,
 * I’m afraid that I need to work directly on your system for checking, finding
   the reason and solution of your issues.
 * Please create a new topic at our forum [https://thimpress.com/forums/forum/plugins/pre-sale/](https://thimpress.com/forums/forum/plugins/pre-sale/)
   and provide the temporary admin account ( [http://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/send-sites-access-information/](http://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/send-sites-access-information/)).
 * Best Regards!
