Since a few days, I get many warning messages from my system:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function cerber_update_check() in /var/www/path/to_my/site/wp-content/plugins/wp-cerber/wp-cerber.php on line 3155

I can’t find anything suspicious on line 3155:

    if ( $new = cerber_update_check() ) {

Seems the searched function has ceased to exist – never had such errors before.

    What could be the problem?

    Cheers
    Chris

    Hi!

Version 5.7 brought this. That is embarrassing and has been fixed in the development version: https://wpcerber.com/development-version-5-7-2/

    Thanks Gioni!

I installed the development version, a painless exercise.

Will this development version of the plugin notify me of future updates, or will I have to check manually?

    Cheers

Nope! It will work as it should. The plugin will notify you if a new version is available.

My version is 6.2. I am having the same error. Any idea, please?

    Thanks to anyone in advance.

@unomasmas There is no cerber_update_check() function call in v. 6.2 at all. Please upgrade the plugin.

Thank you @gioni, but v. 6.2 is the last, isn’t it? How can I update? or How can i disable cerber_update_check() call on v. 6.2?

    Thank you in advance.

Sorry. Now, it is not throwing the error. Last one was on 27th feb 2018… Perhaps I had a lower version on that date.
    Thank you
