# CRM – POST URL

 * HI there
 * I am currently linking a website to a CRM, and am have a question about about
   adding an additional POST URL.
 * I would still like to keep the Contact Form operating as normal, but add an additional
   URL destination so that the information can be sent to the CRM.
 * I also need to have different URLS for each form.
 * I assume it’d be best to create a wP function that targets specific Form IDS 
   and ???
    adds the additional URL for the CRM.
 * I’m not too sure how to do this, I was wondering if there was any info on this
   someone could point me to.
