I've been working on this site for quite some time and I'd really like to get some advice. I want it to the best it can so if you could give "harsh" advise that would be great - don't worry I won't get made at you :-).

--We get about 750-1,000 unique visitors a month and do not have a good donation/conversion rate.
--Many people come to our website looking for general "trip to Haiti" information due to our detailed orientation pages.
--Colors: I think they are pretty good but definitely want to hear your suggestions.
--We really need to "market" our construction project.

Again, I really appreciate all critique and feedback. If you'd like to get involved with the WP site please send me a tweet.

the site seems to have severe problems with IE7 browser - it totally switched the browser off.

Yikes, that's not good. I just used the developer tools in IE9 (F12) and set it to Browser Mode: IE7 and it displayed just fine. Perhaps it's an issue with the developer tools or your install of IE7.

It's running on the Catalyst Framework so I highly doubt that it's incompatible with IE7. I just posted on the Catalyst forum (private forum.)

Thanks for the suggestion @realwebtraffic. By the way, all IE7 compatibility issues have been resolved.

    Nice site. Looks pretty good.

There seems to be an issue with your right sidebar on these pages (http://www.rfahaiti.org/rfa-presentation/) (http://www.rfahaiti.org/sponsor/) (http://www.rfahaiti.org/essential-items-list/) (http://www.rfahaiti.org/hearts-for-haiti/) (http://www.rfahaiti.org/contact/mailing-list/)

There are two broken links within the menu (under the PHOTOS main menu option) (August 2011 Trip & January 2012 Trip) has a link of %2A, you might want to make the link # instead to hold the place.

I'm not a big fan of share options at the top of pages/posts but that is just my personal preference. I would put the share icons along the side or at the bottom because I would want the information within the page/post to be more important and not the share icons.

    good luck.
