CRITICAL: Yoast 3.1.1 Sitemap function crash server and apache2 service

    With the last Yoast 3.1.1 update there is a issue with Sitemap XML generator function, I do not know if it is due to an attack or if it is a bug.

    When the function is active on the server are generated hundreds of apache2 processes that end the available RAM and SWAP and Waiting for I / O (wa%) goes to 100%, this crash the server.

    Does anyone have the same problem?

    I temporary solved by disabling the function of XML Sitemap in all my Wp sites.

    Please I need your feedback.

    Info: Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS, 2 vCore, 4GB RAM, Plesk 12.0.18, WordPress 4.4.2
