    Hi i am having this Fatal errors in my Woocommerce Status reports. Can you check on what it is:

    Thanks for reaching out @ockanakupuje. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. 
    2. Have you encountered any such errors when using Site Kit 1.106.0? If you haven’t already updated to this version, please go ahead and do so.

    Note also that we did have a recent GitHub issue relating to such errors, since resolved as of the latest version of Site Kit, released this week. Once we have the above information we can hopefully determine what may be occurring with your site should you be using the latest version of Site Kit.

    Hi James,

    i have sent you the Site Health via the form.

    I have version 1.106.0 and it seems that the last time i got the error was on 01.08.2023.

    The issue is that i have talked to Funnelkit and Stripe support because i am having a lot of Unsuccessful payment via stripe. I get a lot of Unsuccessful payments when costumers buy with a card. They say that they have Confirmed the payment on their banks app but still the payment doesnt go thru. When i tried to pay with a card myself the page loaded (like a popup) and the it threw me back to the checkout page where it said “Unable to process this payment, try again or use alternitave method”. I did get a notification on my app for the payment, and i confirmed it but the payment in Stripe was still unsuccessful.

    Theirs support said that this error might be te issue for this. Can you check?

    Thanks for the update @ockanakupuje. Unfortunately we limited to Site Kit support here in the plugin forums, and therefore unable to assist with Stripe or payment related issues. As you are seeing some Site Kit related errors in your WooCommerce logs I will, however, check this with the team and report back to you at some stage today or tomorrow.

    While I’m checking this with the team based on the information you kindly shared, you may wish to reach out to the Stripe support team regarding payments not processing.

    Note also that from reviewing the timestamp of your last error, this occurred just after the latest Site Kit release. Do you see any newer logs of the same error with some Site Kit references?

    Thanks for your patience on this @ockanakupuje. We discussed the error you happened to encounter in your WooCommerce error logs and what we suspect happened was these errors occurred with Site Kit 1.105.0 only, and not with the latest version.

    I’m happy to keep this support topic open for a few days to check back with you next week to ensure you no longer encounter the “Cannot use object of type” Site Kit related error. In the meantime if you do run into this same error let me know.

    I’m just following up with you to ensure that you no longer encounter the same error with Site Kit 1.106.0. Let me know if you did encounter this error since initially reporting, or ask if you have any questions.
