# Critical problem with the plugin

 * Since few days ago, it does not work.
    Instead of Display name it shows the following
   text and a menu!
 * {display_name}
 *  Advisory Panel Dashboard
    Association Chair Dashboard Reviewer Dashboard Logout
 * In addition, when I try to login, it shows a page including a box with the following
   text:
 *  Login
    [ultimatemember form_id=300]
 * and nothing happens. I guess it conflicts with my menu plugin.
    Anybody can help
   please?

 * It looks like Ultimate member is disabled on your site.
    Please go to the Plugins
   section and enable Ultimate member and see if it helps.

    I do not know why it is deactivated. I activated it now, and it is working.
