    Hi,
    I’ve just installed the plugin on an already production site. Still none orders have been placed since the plugin has been installed.
    Now when I click on Customize the email, I get a critical error:

    /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/data-stores/abstract-wc-order-data-store-cpt.php on line 104 .

    Does it come from the fact that there’s still no orders to show (tied to the plugin) ?

    Hi, it might be related and it might be a conflict with another plugin, can you try to create a test order and if this solves the issue, let me know and I will we will check

    I’m not the merchant, so it’s not easy to test because the orders go through the ‘Boxtal Connect’ plugin, so they need to be be processed in Boxtal then and after, they are visible in Woocommerce dashboard.
    I’ll let you know when we’ll get an order.

    Hi,
    Just for my information, your plugin is just installed, and in Woocommerce > Orders I Have no ‘Actions’ column, so is it normal until we have a new order ?

    The action column is by WooCommerce, Check the “screen options” for the orders page, maybe the Actions column is not checked to be visible

    Another thing.
    The shipping provide Relais Colis for France is not in your list. I’ve added it manually but the trackink link is not working.
    In the shipping providers list I can see the Trackship column is not enabled.

    Check documentation for how to add custom shipping provider.

    And if you want to add this provider as a default provider post here a shipping provider.

    A little up for this post unresolved for me.

    I’ve added manually ‘Relais Colis’ a french shipping provider but still the Trackin is not active. It’s not there in the dropdown menu in the orders edition. Only the 3 providers appear so I cannot assign the tracking to Relais Colis.
    Your video link is broken but I’ve already watched it when it was online.

    I don’t know what I can do next.
    Could you help please ?

    Hi,
    I’ve updated the ‘Relais Colis’ provider, now it appears in the dropdown list.
    For some reason, it didn’t appear some weeks ago, maybe an update from your module has done the job ?

    No, nothing changed, does the tracking link works for you? I checked their tracking page and I see they require customer name. You can suggest a shipping provider and if the tracking links works we can add them to our providers list
