Critical Issue – Default timezone is invalid

    Hi,

    Thanks for making such amazing plugin.

    I noticed a new warning on the Site Health dashboard. It is connected to your plugin. It is present with the most recent version at the moment (2.0.0-beta.21). When I disable it, warning is no longer present.

    Plugin Version: 2.0.0-beta.21
    Wordpress Version: 5.6.2

    Issue:
    PHP default timezone is invalid
    Warning message
    PHP default timezone was changed after WordPress loading by a date_default_timezone_set() function call. This interferes with correct calculations of dates and times.

    Any idea how to fix this issue?
