    Hi

Since the recent update, I always get a critical error when trying to send a FluentForm form. Using Elementor form widget is working. When Cleantalk is disabled, it’s working too.

    I’m still on WP 6.1.1.

That’s the error from the logs:

Have you already heard of such issues?

Thank you and best regards, Stefan

    Hello,

We didn’t receive such reports yet. Could you try to deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again?

    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

    Did it help?

    Hi @sergecleantalk

Thank you for the step-by-step guide. I did so, but the issue is still there. Any other ideas on how to debug this?

Thank you and best regards, Stefan

I’m having the same issue. Deactivating the plugin allows forms to be submitted successfully.

I have submitted a detailed ticket through the private ticket system.

Note that I see this in the dashboard widget and on the CleanTalk settings page. The issue appears to be with the connection to the CleanTalk server. I’m also seeing issues with HappyForm which suggests it may not be the form plugin at fault.

Something went wrong! Error: "cURL error 77: error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: phar:///usr/local/bin/wp/vendor/rmccue/requests/library/Requests/Transport/cacert.pem CApath: /etc/ssl/certs".
    Please, visit your Dashboard.
