# Critical Error when Submitting Ticket

 * When a logged in user fills out the open a ticket form and clicks submit, I am
   getting an error message that says “There has been a critical error on this website”.
   When I refresh the page it shows the ticket that was submitted but I don’t want
   the user to see an error message when submittign a request ticket to me.

 * I tried to test on your site but it shows a no registration message. If your 
   site shows an error message when submitting a ticket, try to switch to a default
   theme temporarily and deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears.
   The last one deactivating is the one causing the conflict.
