Critical Error, Site Admin Email is Incorrect

Hello,
I was trying to update the plugins on our nonprofit’s page when I was met with the following error message:
There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
The problem is, the email that we have used to create our account was typed incorrectly (two letters were accidentally switched and I don’t think it was ever corrected). I have inherited the responsibility for managing this website. I have tried to troubleshoot with the guides on the WP website, but honestly, I have no idea how to do anything with the packages/dashboard.
