Critical error preventing order fulfilment (please help)

    Hello,
    We run an online webshop and as of yesterday, whenever we try to fulfill an order, woocomerce shipping via USPS doesn’t work because woocommerce automatically switches the shipping country to a currency such as dollar,euro etc…. If we click to change the country back in the shipping address page during label creation, it only displays other currencies. Please help, the address looks correct on the order page prior to purchasing label! This happens on all orders

    Did this error coincide with the release of 5.7?

    yes, it looks like it appeared right after we updated to 5.7

    Hi @qwerasd123 – have you ruled out a conflicting plugin? I would start there by disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and see if that fixes things. If that didn’t work, try temporarily switching themes to Storefront or default 2021 theme.
