Critical error on your website

    I’ve been using this plug-in for a few months now although I’ve just noticed that my pages generated through this are no longer accessible.

    I get the WordPress critical error message on the page but the rest of my website works fine.

    I’m just wondering why this may be and if you’d be able to help?

    Yes, we may help. But I suggest to troubleshoot this via email so that we have a better picture of what’s the issue here.

    1. Send us a message from WP AutoTerms Help section > Contact us form with the Extended option selected.

    2. Separately, please email us at office@wpautoterms.com with:

    – URL
    – Screenshot of page
    – Any error_log file you can find in your public_html/ or wp-content/plugins/auto-terms-…/ folder.
