It seems you’re using the WordPress.com Editing Toolkit plugin.
I’m not entirely sure of the purpose of this plugin on a self-hosting WordPress site.

It seems your site is self-hosted (ie not hosting on the WordPress.com platform), so if you don’t mind me asking, what exactly are you using the plugin for?
In any case, since this relates to a plugin, I’ll recommend you post in the specific plugin’s own support forum for support from the plugin’s developers: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/full-site-editing/
(I wouldn’t get my hopes high though, as not a single post in the plugin’s forum has received any response from the WordPress.com developers who built the plugin).
