    Current theme: Houzez (version 2.4.1)
    Current plugin: Redux (version 4.3.5)
    PHP version 7.3.30

    Error Details

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 618 of the file /var/www/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/redux-core/inc/classes/class-redux-filesystem.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/wp-content/uploads/redux/google_fonts.json’ (include_path=’.:’)

    Can you go into your FTP, verify that /var/www/wp-content/uploads/redux/google_fonts.json exists, and if so that it has the correct read/write permissions?

    Thank you. When I try to access that file in FTP, gives me the following error: Permissions denied. Action failed for the following files:
    ./wp-content/uploads/redux/google_fonts.json

    Permissions are set at 0000 and I’m not able to change it. I do have the option to archive it.

    I know just enough to be dangerous, so I appreciate your patience.

    You’ll probably have to contact whomever does support for your hosting and have them change the permissions to that file.
